Glossary
A minimal vocabulary to move around the platform with ease.
Essential terms
CSV — Secure Verification Code: the unique code of an issued document, with which anyone verifies it publicly.
Document — an individual certification your institution issues, with its CSV.
Agreement — a signing envelope with documents, participants and a signing flow.
Participant — each person included in an agreement (signer, approver, copy…).
Sequential / parallel flow — signed in order, or all at once.
Timestamp — independent certification of when a signature happened.
Hash — a cryptographic digest that detects any change to the content.
Revocation — marking a document invalid; it is a terminal state.
Workspace (tenant) — your organization’s isolated scope; nobody sees another’s data.
