Contracts (CLM)
The contracts module helps you track your active agreements: expirations, renewals and history. A signed agreement can be registered as a contract.
The repository
Each contract has a status (draft, active, expired, renewed, terminated), an effective date and, if applicable, a renewal date with its notice period. You can register a completed agreement as a contract to track it.
Clause library
Store reusable clauses organized by category, insert them into your contracts and review changes with comments (redlining). This standardizes your contractual language.
Automations
Rules «when… then…» that run actions on their own. For example: «when an agreement completes, register the contract» or «when a contract enters its notice window, renew it». You can enable or pause them any time.
