A personal Certums account is for you as an individual: sign your documents with evidence that withstands scrutiny, sign what others send you from a simple link, and check the authenticity of any document by its code or its QR. Nothing to install, and it works on mobile.
Sign in your own name
- Sign documents electronically with your visual signature — drawn, typed or uploaded as an image.
- Every signature is captured as evidence with its sha-256 fingerprint and timestamp.
- Nothing to install: sign from the browser, on mobile too.
- Download the final signed PDF (PAdES) and share it with whoever needs it.
Receive and sign what others send you
- When someone sends you an agreement, a single-use link arrives in your email.
- You read the actual document in the built-in viewer before signing.
- OTP verification by email; you can delegate or decline with a reason.
- On completion, you automatically receive the final PDF by email.
Verify by CSV or QR
- Check the authenticity of any document with its Secure Verification Code (CSV).
- Scan the printed QR and confirm the document has not been altered.
- Verification is public and free — no account needed to check.
- The evidence file can be verified independently, outside Certums.
Manage your identity
- A personal dashboard with your signed documents and the agreements you take part in.
- A history of your signing activity with its audit trail.
- Control over your profile and your account’s active sessions.
- Your data and documents isolated: only you access what is yours.
A personal account does not issue formal certifications
Issuing certified documents (with a Secure Verification Code, QR and institutional sealing) is reserved for company and institution accounts, on purpose, as a role barrier. With a personal account you sign in your own name and verify — you do not issue official documents on behalf of an organization. If you need to issue, create a company.
